Annual Meeting

Our Annual Meeting is an excellent opportunity to catch up with friends, make new connections with colleagues and network with industry leaders. The event starts Wednesday evening at 5:00 pm with the member and family reception and dinner. Thursday will be a full day program of Alliance updates, guest speakers, and the membership meeting. Friday there is an optional golf outing for those wishing to participate (additional fee applies).

This event is only open to Western Energy Alliance members and their families.

Register before May 31st to take advantage of our early bird rate!  Due to hotel requirements for attendance numbers in advance, registrations at the door will not be permitted. Please register in advance so we can be sure to have the proper numbers in to the hotel’s catering and planning department.

Thursday, August 9th:

7:30 am:  Registration desk opens
7:30 am - 9:00 am: Family breakfast
8:30 am – 12:15 pm:  Morning session, including Alliance updates and speakers
12:15 - 1:30 pm:  Family lunch 
1:30 – 4:00 pm:  Afternoon session including award presentations and speakers
4:15 - 5:00 pm:  Membership meeting, Board elections, and the passing of the gavel from outgoing Board Chairman Rich Frommer to incoming Chairman Jeff Lang
5:00 pm:  Conference attendees dismissed

Friday, August 10th:

9:00 am:  Golf outing and lunch, TBD
