A new report from the Office of Management and Budget puts into stark context just how big EPA’s regulatory overreach has become.EPA regulations from 2004 to 2014 have come with an annual price tag of $37.6 billion to $45.4 billion dollars, over three times higher than the next highest agency, the Department of Transportation.
